📍 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Rush Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped it is out of our hands, you must contact USPS at  (1-800-275-8777).  There hours of operation are:

 Monday – Friday 8 AM – 8:30 PM ET
Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM ET

🌍 International Orders

We ship internationally! Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

🔄 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
